1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Crescent Pathways website and educational platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Provision of Services
Crescent Pathways provides online educational services following the British Curriculum integrated with Islamic Studies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your child attends scheduled live sessions.
- Maintaining a suitable learning environment at home.
- Ensuring all tuition fees are paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance according to your selected payment plan (Monthly, Termly, or Annually). Failure to maintain fee payments may result in the suspension of access to the learning platform and live classes.
5. Registration, Refunds & Cancellation
Registration & Onboarding Fee. A non-refundable Registration & Onboarding Fee of £399 per child is payable at the time of registration. This fee covers the administrative and onboarding costs associated with setting up your child's place.
Place Availability & Refunds. Registration remains subject to admissions approval and year-group availability. If Crescent Pathways cannot offer a suitable place, the Registration & Onboarding Fee will be refunded in full. Once a place has been offered and confirmed, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Tuition Fees. Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once a term has commenced. If you wish to withdraw your child, we require half a term's written notice. Any prepaid fees for unstarted terms will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any outstanding charges.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a strict code of conduct based on Islamic values. Any behaviour by students or parents that contradicts these values, disrupts the learning environment, or constitutes bullying or harassment will be dealt with in accordance with our disciplinary procedures.
