    Key Calendar Policies

Essential information regarding attendance, holiday alignment, and live class expectations.

    Ramadan & Eid Holidays

Unlike standard state schools, our calendar is intentionally built around Islamic key dates. Live classes halt during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr so children can focus on worship, Qur'an, and family time.

    Live Lessons & Timetables

Live interactive lessons take place Monday to Thursday. Course resources, assignments, and lesson materials are accessible 24/7 on our Cypher Learning LMS.

    Term-Time Leave Policy

Parents are requested to plan family travel during official breaks. For unavoidable term-time absences, please notify Admissions at least 5 working days in advance.

    Induction Week

Induction Week (starting 07/09/2026) ensures students are confident with online classrooms, portal access, and subject teacher expectations prior to live classes.
