Shanaz encourages pupils to approach learning with a can-do attitude. She helps children understand that some topics may come easily while others require more time, but that a positive mindset and consistent effort lead to growth. She values both short-term and long-term progress and believes that the classroom is a place where teachers and pupils can continue learning from one another.
