Salwa creates a positive and encouraging environment in which pupils feel comfortable, confident and motivated to learn. She recognises that every child progresses at a different pace and combines patience with gentle encouragement to help each pupil do their best. She finds particular joy in seeing a child who has struggled with reading begin to make progress and enjoy the lesson.
